Same problem. I have been trying to run it through joiplay on my phone because I dont have my computer at the moment. Maybe it just doesn't like joiplay?

You have to decrypt files first which is built in by the apps then copy the "mods" folder to "android/data/cyou.joiplay.rpgm/gamename"

If it says some files are missing or directory just copy the file from the game to "android/data/..."

hey i just recently found this game, may i ask how do u exactly descript n stuff to make it run on joiplay?
1. Download RAR (it's what I used)
2. Download Android version of game.
3. Using RAR, rename the game file from .rga to .rar
4. Extract game using RAR
5. Place into Joiplay just like other games
