Cam's facing away from Vince and doesn't notice him. He starts flapping his wings and his feet lift off the ground. He grins.
"Ou, yay." He clapped his hands a little
Cam lands back on the ground with a small thud, startled
Cam: W-what!?
"Calm down! I was just congratulating you.."
Cam: O-oh...s-sorry...
"It's al-" He hiccuped
Cam: Hm?
"Nuthin..hah.."
