He opens the front door and starts to walk out, still holding the bottle
"You not fair.."
Joe grabbed Klaus and picked him up, he was a strong man, and carried Klaus up.
Joe: "Close the door on your way out Kaz!"
Kaz: Mhm. Oh, and Joe? You should check around the house. He probably has more.
He shuts the door behind him

Kaz comes back to the house the next day
The house was very quiet, Joe was in a meeting
Kaz recognizes this and thus quietly goes to look for Klaus
Klaus was very quiet, it seemed as if he had cried earlier
Kaz sees this and very slowly walks over and sits next to him
Kaz: quietly ...are you ok?
"N-No...I m-iss my dad...a-and my g-grandma.."
