Im so impressed you were able to create a cohesive story, with multiple endings and with a core moral choice to make (save the kid). Having the option to do the right thing on more than one occasion is thoughtful, and is a good way to think about next steps: Consider building solid arguments not only for the right choices, but for the wrong ones too, so that  it really feels like a challenge. Perhaps you can give a bit of a back story to the main character that justifies a potentially "selfish" behavior, or perhaps you can further characterize the Spider Queen and her realm to make the player want to stay (at their own peril). In any case, this is a solid start. Good job!
