Hello!

We've looked into the issue and it may be an issue with the tool you are using to unzip / unrar the game files. 

Please try the steps below for a fix:

There is a possibility that something containing Japanese characters was not unzipped properly at the time of unzipping. 
Use LHSA for the unzipping software. 
LHASA can unzip Japanese fonts without any problem.
