Well it depends on the attention you want from my experience not wearing one seems to catch the eye of boys but in the exhibitionist way not the generally attractive female way
I guess it isn't necessarily a valid point since you're a kid, or at least it shouldn't be, but because our breasts drop without bras it attracts attention from guys and it's the kind of attention you don't want
