if I have already purchased and have v4.5, how do I get access to download v5.5? do I have to purchase again?
Just make sure you're logged in to your account and you can look at your library and get them to resend the download link. If you hit BUY NOW... you can see in smaller text how you can say you've already bought this if you're still having issues
