Well, I guess you need "DirectX end-user runtime" because GD6 uses DirectX9, or reboot Windows at first if you're using Windows for a long time since latest boot. (sorry for my poor English... please try restarting Windows)

Ahh its still not working I probably just have bad specs on my computer great game nevertheless.
