Yasmine goes invisible because she thinks they're looking for her
Kira: I was never here!
She dives underwater and swims away. Two mermaid guards swim into view

???: See, she's not here!
???: Damnit! I could've sworn I heard something!
"w-were they for me?"
???: sigh I don't know why they always have us go looking for her. I swear, we're gonna find out she was in the castle this whole time.
???: She's always singing too...what's that even about?

They swim away
Yasmine returns from being invisible
she starts to hyperventilate
Kira eventually swims back to the rock and lets out a sigh of relief
