Kira quickly wipes her tears away and plasters a fake smile on her face

A young merman rises out of the water. He has the most condescending, triumphant smirk on his face

Kira: I-I...I just came out here to get away for a little bit, my prince. All the preparations and excitement have tired me so-
He cuts her off
???: You know Her Majesty doesn't like you going outside the palace grounds...nor do I.

Kira looks down
Kira: I-I'm sorry...I'll return home shortly I-
The prince's gaze hardens and he grabs Kira's wrist. She flinches.
???: No. You will return home NOW.
