One nitpick that I had was for the first boss: all i had to do was jump in the air, activate its sensor so that it would come to me, then say above. after that, I would lure it out the boss area and then kill it in a spot where it can't reach me.
As for the second boss, i did the same thing with the flying enemy. but then I actually had to go in the boss area and kill the rest.
Some other things that I was able to do was go really high in the air when I got hit. I would use it to my advantage.
