walks up stairs and goes on roof

Kaz flies up and looks down. He sighs.
Kaz:...it does look that way, doesn't it?

Kaz crosses his arms

grabs one of them and uses hands to make a blast up in the air
Kaz sets him on fire as he comes back down. He grabs another one by the shirt collar and flies him 20 feet into the air, then drops him and watches his head splat on the pavement.
