Don't know if you figured it out but Cleos event is beach random at afternoon and for Estias have no clue if you figure it out let me know or vice versa.
Edit: I found Estia's event mine was Friday morning in her room.
Thanks for that :) Oddly I tried her room and school every morning for two game weeks but event never triggered, but when went back and tried just friday after your suggestion worked fine. Dunno wtf I was doing wrong.
