How to Install surveillance camera Nefari Room ?
When you get it from the old man at the lake, head to the Library and start the 2 new events.

I just made the 1st request.
Do that one, then #2 will appear the next day. Nefari will ask for setting up surveillance in her room, then afterward just access it from your room as usual.
