Nice list of changes, here's some feedback for the game:
- The new UI needs to start in locked mode, or remember whether I locked the elements or not. It's really irritating to always reset the cafe ui every single day
- it's really hard to get money.  most upgrades takes weeks to grind out, and even then you're often left with no money to refill inventory
- Clicking and dragging every order to the customers get's really old after a while. Clicking on the order bubble to fulfill said order would work better
- Same with the abilities. Merging the employees and abilities carts and having your employees at the top with buttons for their abilities under them, which can be activated when they are with a customer, would help streamline the game flow a lot
- the scene pictures should not block the inventory, and it would be neat if you could skip them with a click. Maybe pausing the game when they play would give more time to appreciate them, too

Hey there!
Thank you very much for the feedback!

- In future update 0.3.5 I've added so the menu will remember your choice after the first time you set them up
- its something for me to consider. as I will be adding more events, both to help player and slightly disturb the action of player. I will think about how to "ungrind" the game a little without making it too easy.
- regarding drinks and food, I already tested early in development with just clicking the button, but it got very boring very fast. It felt a lot like cookie clicker.
- this on the other hand is something to consider. a wheel pop up after clicking the client... I will look into it in the future.
- good idea! They should be under the icons from the start. I will change that in 0.3.5. I already tested the game with pausing too but that just makes player not want to use to not slow down the gameplay, also moving them to the side is really not attractive so I don't have any other solution here. Maybe to speed them up a bit.

Thanks again and I hope you will enjoy next builds!
