Hello! During our testing process we were unable to reproduce your issue, do you think you could provide us more information please?
Here is a list of questions which would help us figure out easier what causes the problem:
- What game version do you use? (Android or PC one)
- Does the issue persist on both versions? (Android/PC)
- What are the specifications of the device where this issue is occurring? (Operating System, Ram, processor and video card)
- What is the full error text you’re getting in the game?
- Is the issue persisting on both Game Modes? (Progressive / Cheat)
- Have you tried to run the game As Administrator?
- Do you have any antivirus enabled while running the game?
- Have you tried to run the game having the antivirus disabled? (the game does not present any malicious behaviors, yet the method we used to pack up the .exe file can be seen as suspicious by some antiviruses)
