i got sleep paralysis too, ur not alone friend. i don't wanna sleep either, to scary for me.

idk maybe, it said its caused by not getting enough sleep, i get 7 hours a day i mean that should be enough
i always sleep on my back and stomache, i start off sleeping on my back and then when i wake up i am on my stomache
