you can delete it and just redownload if you cant update

Tried that. It just downloaded the old version. Do you mean from the ZIP launcher?

is it saying that you are playing an old version randomly and kicking you off games? if so, thats just a bug.

No, it's not kicking me off games. I can't play games at all because I'm running an older version. I got the getting kicked out bug, this is just straight that I can't update the game.

You need to re download it by going to https://itch.io/my-collections and downloading it. Then go to my files and open among us and double-clicking. it should be there
