btw.. it has been bothering me for quite some time now, does the ghost on Mrs. Rhonda's basement give a secret quest or something, or is she just a jump scare to spook the players?
It's just a spooky detail. I suspect it's just there to get players wondering.

You just go in and out of the basement till you see it
