This is a problem with older devices that dont have WebGL.

go to getwebgl 2 it worked for me

I know how to fix this you need a larger screen. So you can go into fullscreen, light click, and press reload frame. If that does not work then Increase your screen resolution. And if that does not work look at the top right of your screen, click the 3 dots, and zoom in larger. Let me know if any of these worked. These steps also work with any other games with this problem.

you can still play it, right click or if your on a chrome press the mouse pad with two fingers, make sure that you right click on where it says software update needed and then press reload frame
