at the moment it seems there is only 1 romance but you can mate with male monsters and it does give the option to attempt to mate with a male in the brothel but its also highly unfinished and it seems that the creator just needs more time
It is also an out of date version of the game, the game is currently in version 3.2 publicly but here it seems to only be v2.5
If you mean the 0.3.2 version on Patreon, I think this one is newer. This is more like 0.2 but in Unity.
