could also be you are not playing the paid version. shiori is not available in the free version.

Sounds like the free/public version. If so, you will need the paid version for Shioris storyline.

what version are you on (free/public or paid)?
is shioris storyline active? check the quest log and post what it says. if there is no quest log, look at the meet people and see if shiori has already been met (i assume so).
what other girls have you gotten?
really the only three things that stop shiori from showing up is 1.) hasnt been met, 2.) public version, and 3.) her missing from work storyline.

That actually looks like a new bug. The last update 20.10.3f was a little on the broken side (Ayesha also has a fatal bug). I find it strange in your screenshot that Shiori has not even been interacted with especially her sitting at 0 LP.

Andrealphus (dev) will need to patch, IF that is what this is. He might have more input when he comes on.
Did you update to 20.10.3f and if so did Shiori disappear after? If so, it's a bug.

send (email) us your save file if youre on android. its a small 200-300kb file found in Android/Data in the game directory
im running a prior version so missing characters pop right up when i load thr save file.
