I am trying to raise a ticket and getting some database error so I can't raise it, basically I have purchased extra characters and despite logging into site whe I purchased them and logging into the game they are not showing up.
Hey, The site recently switched from platform think it broke in the process will fix it soon, I will apply the Hero to your account manualy. I will update this post when I've done so.
Ive applied them to your account, you now have the Hero's and the achievements for your purcase.
