In the Polus map on mobile I have had two tasks not allow me to open them. The "use" button pops up, but the task screen doesn't open up no matter how many times I click it, so I couldn't complete the task. It was the temperature check in the lab area, and the temperature thing next to the lava diving board. I don't think I remember this happening before, so it's only happened one time on each task, during different games.
