Elves, Humans, Goblins, Trolls/Orcs, Undead & more unique races which I haven't gotten to make yet. There's a W.I.P. character I've posted on my Patreon with 4 hands for example. So I can definitely make unique looking creatures/characters.
The issue is that it will look ridiculous if your sisters are your "roommates" in this fantasy setting. I rather not have any incest at all if it means the game looks a bit less ridiculous in the process.
