I think it locks at 50 for now. LP and Siscon go up to 100.

there is an icon of shiori that appears in her talk options menu.

The icon isn't there for me oh wait is it in version 20.10.3?I haven't updated the game yet

Was added in the last update. There will be a Shiori icon in her talk menu.
