Hi, CryptRat! You can also disable "Weather (Combat)" to see if that helps. I had a user that was experiencing slowdowns, and adding that option fixed it for him. Let me know if that does the trick.
It did not work, the game is more often frozen than not anyway (inside as outside combat) but it's fine, I'll probably need better rig, I think it was worth asking just in case.
The game seems fun from the little I played by the way, I am a man of simple taste, metal, dismembering and resource management, and all this turn-based is all I'm asking for, good job.
