I'm also dealing with freezing as well. Will this ever be fixed? Will we ever be compensated for the trouble?I want to play this game. When it doesn't freeze, I enjoy it. Please fix the game.
They don't owe you a thing and they aren't obligated to do anything. If the fix, they keep people and some might invest in buying stuff from them. If they don't fix, people leave. Simple as that.
