2 things:
First off, I enjoyed the content with consort Heloise, Darja, and Cuchilla (even though the game wasn't showing that I changed Cooch's name and I'd like if she had a scene where she actually IS sober and fully awake to have sex with the Dragon as consort) and would love to see more interactions with Dragon actually being a dad to Little Malice or talking to Dream Malice (whether Heloise is the consort or not) and Darja actually mentioning Malagar at all after you meet him (I haven't done Spire consort Darja, so I don't know if she talks about him then).
Second, some of the scenes weren't showing as unlocked in the Gallery for me even after I made a point of saving before and after them and going through every option (notably Darja/Cuchilla's drinking scene), Rhyll and the Hundred Companies never showed up at the Spire after I recruited them and got the extra time (chose "Riches"), and Issa's event with Naho wasn't in the walkthrough. Also, using Malagar on Gutter's Cove played the event, but didn't show it as conquered on the map afterward (I attacked it a second time with the Wolf Tribe and showed as conquered then).
