Anxiety or depression is not something you can just snap out of. If someone is giving you hard time stop talking to them. If someone is telling you to try and fix it or asking why you're still the same. Tell them they don't know how it feels to be broken and being broken more by other people. I know it will take time but you will get there. And your friends should support you the whole way. Love is tough but you are tougher. -anonymous
