The jumps you struggled with were meant to be Rocket Jumps x_x but it isn't obvious enough. I've uploaded a new build with a text explanation in game and fixed the bug where you can shoot the end level portal instead of moving through it.
Would love to see you get an even faster time with rocket jumping!
