So at the moment the dick actually sticks out the back of her head, but that part isn't rendered. To do an x-ray mode I'd have to play with the physics a bit to have it actually go down her throat. This is certainly doable but like anything involving physics will probably bring with it a bunch of glitches to iron out too. This was something I had planned to implement anyway though so fingers crossed I'll find a way to make it work smoothly.
Your ideas wrt resistance are all great and line up with my plans. It may take a while for all this stuff to be put in place but I hope to get there some day.
Other blowjob positions I definitely plan to add later down the line, and the architecture of the game is such that this shouldn't be TOO hard to implement. As for other sex positions, I worry that this may dilute my attention a bit. If I do consider this it'll be a long way down the line.
