Assuming you're using Windows, go to your Downloads folder and you'll probably find the file you downloaded called "among-us-windows.zip".
Right click on that file and click "Extract All..." and choose where you want the Among Us game folder to go. Open the folder it makes.
Start the game by clicking "Among Us.exe"
