well he cant say for example i am spy nor can he say ey yo these are the imposter but he could have limited voting abilities... it could be that there are some pre chosen words the spy can say but he then cant type. Does that make sense?
And the medic, as said would maybe also not be allowed to type. Maybe i also just didn't think this through but i personally wouldn't, as Innersloth, use exactly these but use them as a base
