Look, I'm not the best at these types of games but the part where you have to get the cigarettes for the girls husband is tripping me out. I know where they are its just i cannot find a single way to get to them. There is either a power up I am missing or I just suck at the game. Either way I would really appreciate it if somebody could tell me how or at least send me a link of a video on how to get them. Thxs in advance!

Oh yeah, that area is a one-way zone. You can reach the cigarettes by going left and down, and then up and right through the Sludge Temple. When you're in the deeps, look for a shaft that drops you into a room with a door on an island in some muck.

This is still above the area where you meet Tunnels Greg.
