This game is funky and weird and it totally works. The story is interesting, you’ve imparted a lot of personality and humor. The interactivity that allows the player to click through and open lines of dialogue feels very engaging despite the game's overall simplicity. Tread carefully on your design choices, particularly colors. The blue and orange choice for links is painful on the eye and hinders legibility. Would love to see this finished one day with some fun art!
