Hello! I'm interested in purchasing this. However, I'm wondering if it is allowed or acceptable for me to draw over a finished character I've made in Mannequin? I have some artistic ability (I drew my icon here etc.), but not time. For for example, say I create a character in Mannequin, export it, then bring it in Photoshop or SAI to add custom patches on a shirt/jacket, or create a very specific hair style or tattoo on said character, and change weight or bust size. Is this allowed in the TOS?

Yes, you are free to do that. If you want more advanced integration/automation, you can also look up the documentation  about how to make your own custom DLCs/Mods/Templates!
