Hello IndieStoryTeller, thank you for your comment ! I'm not sure I'll implement pregnancy in, but as the Tier 4 and 5 on my Patreon let's my Patron decided a character he wants to see in-game, that might happen if someone wants to see it.
Well if you do then it should be optional for people.
