I like the art, the bullets, the particle effects, the screen shake. Good potential! I see this is your first game so I will leave some constructive feedback.
- It needed a pause menu, and a way to quit out the game.
- Look into exporting to HTML5 and Canvas Scaler, this would be nice in the browser in 720p.
- As the other comment said there is a restart bug.
- The gun rotation is broken.
But this is your first jam, and a really good effort.
