I would be surprised if the following has not been suggested before in some form but have you considered alternate genitals for the character and the character having / growing breasts - The bee (or anything able to sting the player character) could cause breast growth and maybe consuming certain things (a consumable item may heal the character but also may have other effects) may alter the characters genitals or bust size - The character already looks kind of girly so might not be entirely out of place as an optional toggle before starting the game and triggered by a collectable and/or enemy ... maybe something to consider for a later update ?
