I had a tic/stim attack or whatever its called I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS OK) earlier and that was really shitty

Then i played with rice sock ( a sock full of rice) and that actually helped a lot

So remember 

If you're having a tic attack use a rice sock 

( it get tics and stims from anxiety and adhd ) 

oh i have one of those!

-i use it to beat the crap out of my stuffed animals-
