Go to the entrance of the city, and go to the right. It should take you to the sewers and up to the slums. When you enter go up and a man should be blocking the way up, and shove through him. Then sleel, go back to the man and talk to him then come back and you should meet someone. Sorry for how long it is, if you need help on the certain parts or after, reply back.
