Generally you get you and some friends together, fill out the Gloom sheet, and then the Gloom organizes letters. Are you looking for an established group already?
I figured that's how you'd go about it and yes, an established group would be nice because I've been talking to others about this for awhile but nobody on my end really seems interested. The few who were interested said they don't have the time so they won't participate
