Because Ryen ia dragonic, I assume he's strong against fire spell, but fire elements inside Ryen's body is 36%. It is make me assume lower percentage means "strong against" and higher percentage means "weak against"

Water 300% means he takes triple damage from all water attacks against him. A value below 100% means he takes less damage from that element.
