Is this a dedicated graphics card, or one that is on-board? You can find the name of your graphics card like this: press Windows-button + R, then type in dxdiag and answer with no if a question pops up. Then on the top you see a tab named display. There you can see the name of your graphics card. Well, if you are on a Windows machine that is.
