Galloway is a strange remote controlled stand that wears a plague mask and dawns a long black coat. When a stand user is within 50m of Galloway their stand slowly loses power until it completely disappears. Galloway is in no way aggressive and activates it's sub-stand when successfully removing someone's stand.
Sub-Stand: FWB only activates when a targets stand is completely removed. FWB is a small stand that stands at 3 foot that resembles a ninja in all black. FWB is very fast and wields a katana to quickly and decisively finish the target. Before activation FWB hides inside Galloways Jacket.
