So, I'm just replying to tell you that regarding the "laggy" gameplay - that might not have something to do with your hardware. It seems the longer the game's process is on, the more FPS drops you'll start to experience. So, if you have a terrible FPS when playing you might wanna quicksave and then load the game again. Also, play on full-screen since that seems to improve FPS significantly.
