This would be my first formal role as a Game Producer, but I have experience with software projects, requirements, and project maintenance. I also have leadership experience from the Dell support team and experience supporting the team at Simpress, an HP company.

I'm glad you can also help find and coordinate a programmer for SONIC.SPIDER: THE FALSE ONE. Finding someone who can bring the game to life is one of our biggest priorities.

As the creator and project director, I'll be responsible for the story, characters, gameplay ideas, and overall creative direction. Your help organizing tasks, coordinating the team, and supporting communication could be very valuable.

Since this is currently an unpaid volunteer fan project, I'd like us to discuss everyone's responsibilities and expectations clearly before we get started.
