very nice game, tho there are some thing i would like to say they could be improved, for starters, the animations could be polished along with the hit boxes, the mause cursor desapears and i need to reset it with the ESC key and map layout, sinse i've noticed to not include the actual layout of the levels and aside from those obious things i would also chage a bit of how the pressure sistem works mainly in the sound desing, instead of a heart beat that speeds up as it increases i would change it into a low pitch rumble that slowly rises into bubling and groaning from her stomach, and maybe change the fart sounds? that last one is not that much of a need, sinse it fine the sounds right now for that, oh and maybe decrease the hearing range of the thunder fart, sinse i've tested it and no mater the place one uses it, it's just a instant game over. all things considered, this game looks very promising. keep up the good work!
