I haven't made it very far, but one thing that would definitely improve the game is the ability to complete multiple missions in a single run. After unlocking the "reach floor 6" mission, I made it to floor 6, but because I chose the "defeat 7 enemies" mission instead, that's the only one the game counted, and it's always demoralizing when games make you redo stuff you've already done before allowing you to progress.
